Terms of Service - Rage Deliveries LLP

By booking a shipment, executing a commercial dispatch agreement, or using our digital portal, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our associated policies.

If you represent a business entity, you warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

The shipper warrants that all cargo tendered to Rage Deliveries LLP is properly packaged to withstand rugged mountain road transit, steep gradients, and weather fluctuations.

Strictly prohibited items include: illegal substances, hazardous chemicals, unlicensed firearms, flammable liquids, contraband, or items prohibited under the Indian Penal Code and Motor Vehicles Act.

Freight charges are calculated based on volumetric weight or actual gross weight (whichever is greater), destination sector in Chamba district, and transit speed selected.

All published rates are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted. Payment must be cleared via bank transfer, authorized payment gateway, or contracted credit terms.

While Rage Deliveries LLP maintains an industry-leading on-time record, high-altitude logistics are subject to unpredictable Himalayan conditions including landslides, heavy snowfall, flash floods, cloudbursts, and government road closures.

Rage Deliveries LLP is excused from performance delays directly caused by force majeure natural weather events or emergency administrative roadblocks beyond human control.

Our liability for physical loss or damage to uninspected non-declared cargo is strictly limited to standard carrier limits as defined under the Carriage by Road Act, 2007.

Consignors shipping high-value cargo are strongly advised to secure comprehensive transit insurance. All damage claims must be documented on the Proof of Delivery note within 24 hours of receipt.
