Refund & Cancellation Policy - Rage Deliveries LLP

Prior to Vehicle Dispatch: If a logistics booking is cancelled before our driver or pickup vehicle has been dispatched from the Chamba hub, a 100% refund is issued minus any nominal gateway processing fee.

After Pickup Attempt: If cancellation is requested after our vehicle has arrived at the pickup location or completed cargo loading, pickup charges may be deducted from the refunded amount.

In-Transit Shipments: Once a line-haul shipment has departed Chamba or inbound terminal transit, cancellation is not possible; the shipment may only be returned to origin subject to standard return freight rates.

Non-Performance: If Rage Deliveries LLP fails to attempt delivery due to internal operational failure (excluding force majeure weather events), a full freight refund or service credit will be provided.

Overcharging or Double Billing: Any billing discrepancies or duplicate payments processed through our payment gateway will be refunded in full upon verification.

All approved refunds are initiated within 48 business hours of verification.

Funds are credited back to the original source payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your banking institution.
