1.Coverage Sectors in Chamba District
Zone A (Core Urban Hub): Chamba Town, Sultanpur, Baloo, Hardaspur, and adjacent municipal limits — daily 24-hour service.
Zone B (Tehsil Hubs): Dalhousie, Banikhet, Chowari, Mehla, and Salooni — daily scheduled dispatch.
Zone C (Remote Valley Terminals): Bharmour, Pangi Valley (seasonal), Tissa, and peripheral high-altitude mountain routes — tri-weekly or weather-cleared dispatch.
2.Estimated Transit Times
Intra-Chamba District Deliveries: 24 to 48 hours from hub induction.
Inbound Line-Haul from Pathankot / Kangra / Plain Corridors: 36 to 72 hours under normal road conditions.
3.Proof of Delivery (POD) & Verification
All deliveries require electronic signature or OTP verification on the consignee’s registered mobile phone.
Consignees are requested to inspect package exterior integrity before signing confirmation.
